About Us

My Benefits Administrator, LLC was started in 2024 by Scott Dwelle and is a full-service Third-Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in the administration of Employee Benefit Plans.  Plans such as Health & Welfare, Retirement/Pension, Supplemental/Ancillary Benefit Plans as well the administration of JATC Funds.

Scott is a graduate (Bachelor and Master Degrees) of the University of South Alabama.  He also holds the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) highest Human Resources designation, Senior Certified Professional, and is in the process of obtaining the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Scott began working in the TPA industry in 2006, specifically focused on Multiemployer, Taft-Hartley Benefit Plans.
